Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in overweight and obese individuals is characterized by a more severe course than patients with normal weight. The purpose. To assess the level of adipokines (leptin adiponectin) blood serum, correlation these laboratory markers clinical manifestations IBS, quality life, eating habits, signs anxiety depression based on results using special questionnaire IBS.
